Craig D. Miott
After years of experience working as a project manager for Syncon Homes, a core member of The Marcus and Millichap Companies, a lead advisor at Robert Charles Lesser &Co., and project manager at Barry Swenson Builder, Craig founded Khyber Investments in 2004. Craig has over 31 years of expertise in real estate acquisition, development, value-added investment, management, finance and advisory work. He also made headlines when he won awards for the advisory work for the acquisition and commercial programming for Stapleton in Denver, Colorado, one of the most successful urban infill projects in history. Craig is an East Bay Board Member in Urban Land Institute, Member of UCLA Real Estate Alumni Association and Stanford Professionals in Real Estate SPIRE. Craig is a graduate of the Anderson School of Business at UCLA (MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies) and Stanford University (B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Electrical Engineering).
